George Myhal
President & CEO
George Myhal served for 37 years as a Senior Managing Partner and Officer of Brookfield Asset Management Inc., where he was instrumental in developing the firm's asset management business. During his tenure, Brookfield's assets under management expanded to almost $300 billion, establishing the firm as a global leader in real asset investing.
Mr. Myhal's professional career has been dedicated to the financial services industry, with a particular focus on investing in real assets such as property, power, and infrastructure. He most recently held the position of President & CEO of Partners Value Investments Inc. Currently, Mr. Myhal serves as Chairman of Trisura Group Limited.
He also serves on a number of charitable boards and foundations. Mr. Myhal is a recipient of the Order of Canada and has been awarded an honorary doctorate from the University of Toronto. He is an engineering graduate of the University of Toronto, and he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 1981.
Adil Mawani
CFO
Adil possesses over ten years of experience within the capital markets. Prior to joining Windermere, he served as Director of Finance at Partners Value Investments LP. Concurrently, he also held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Partners Value Split Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Partners Value Investments LP. In these roles, his responsibilities encompassed finance, investor relations, treasury, risk management, and technology functions.
Adil is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and earned his Honors Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University's School of Business and Economics.
Rayla Myhal

Rayla brings over 20 years of experience spanning marketing, sales, and customer relations, with a professional focus on corporate and social responsibility initiatives for Windermere.

Rayla is the owner of Featherstone Estate Winery and is actively involved in the operation of the winery.
In addition, she serves as the President and Director of the Myhal Family Foundation, actively collaborating with various community groups and charitable organizations.
She extends her commitment to community through active board service, including on the St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation Board. A dedicated advocate for the arts, she is also a Vice-Chair and sitting member of The Royal Conservatory of Music. Additionally, Rayla serves as the Chair of the Tryzub Awards Gala, benefiting the Shevchenko Foundation and celebrating Ukrainian-Canadian contributions.
